Edmond and Stephen have catered all types of events, including wedding receptions, holiday celebrations, birthday parties, and corporate events. Edmond
is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. After graduating, he worked at Track 29 in Turlock and Mallard's in nearby Modesto. Stephen's great uncles were chefs and owned restaurants in Modesto. In the past, he taught at and was part owner of Chef's Quarters in Modesto. Edmond's and Stephen's mothers Angie and Kay both taught their sons the love of cooking.
